On what would have been my little brother Darric’s birthday, I found myself thinking about how love and loss shape the way we lead and show up for one another.
Darric was funny, goofy, scary smart, and could fix just about anything. I miss him, and I carry his memory with me.
I made this short video to honor him and reflect on how the people we love continue to shape the way we live and lead.
